With more than 60 years of experince in the paper industry, Turan Kagit Ambalaj Insaat San. ve Tic. A.S., is one of the leading paper wholesellers in Turkey.

In addition to the products of the domestic paper producers, we are a direct importer of various qualities of paper.

In our factory in Eskisehir, we mainly focus on paper processing. Reel and sheet cutting, printing, waxing, lamination are carried out and products such as paper honeycomb, paper bag, pressed boards are produced.

In 2019, following our investment in a high technology paper bag machine, we started to produce shopping bags with handle from kraft paper.

Providing solutions to paper packaging requirements of our customers from various sectors with our wide range of products is our priority.

HISTORY

Journey of Turan Kagit Ambalaj in the paper and packaging sector started with the involvement of Mr. Turgut Turan, the founder of the company, in the paper trading and paper bag production, in Eskisehir in 1961.

Mr. Turan founded Turan Kağıt Ambalaj Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in 1982 in order to evaluate his experience in the sector in a more corporate identity. 

In 1987, the company was awarded with the "Award of Technology Development" by the Eskisehir Chamber of Industry, because of its production of the pressed boards. The raw materials of this product were industrial waste such as aluminium foil, pitched papers and scrap papers.

In 1988, the company was awarded by the Journal of Turkish Industry Association because of its beneficial work in its sector and its contribution to the economy of Turkey.

On the 5th July 1996, Turkish Standarts Instituiton awarded the company because of its efforts on recycling of waste papers as an industrial product. This award was presented on the World Environment Day.

Having provided services through its branch offices and distributors in various cities throughout Turkey for 20 years, our company took its place among the leading companies in the paper trade and industry in Turkey. 

In April 1998, the Aegean Region Sales Office in Izmir was opened.
